Went in to sign our son up for a Savings account. Going back in the near future to set up accounts for our whole family and our needs. Brooke Ward was amazing to work with. Very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. She took the time to ask questions and answer any questions/concerns we had, to be sure we reach our financial goals. Highly recommend!The entire staff at this branch was SO accommodating and nice!

The staff at this branch are always so helpful and professional. I have to mention their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers too! If you want a bank that is customer service oriented, this is the bank for you! I would HIGHLY recommend banking with Regions!

The Associates at the 5700 Rogers Ave. location have always been very friendly, greeted with a smile and "Good Morning", helpful when our account was hacked ( issued another debt card on the spot) and answered our questions correctly . Highly recommend this Branch.

Terrible bank!I was denied being able to cash my paycheck for work. Literally a payroll check for like $600 and I had two forms of ID. And not to mention have an ACCOUNT there!!!It was Saturday and I drove 35 mins to get there. So I had to wait until Monday to do anything at all.Monday I went to the regions bank on Jenny Lind and glen Russell the branch manager cashed my check for me no problem and only charged me $10 to do it threw a 3rd party.It’s not the bank, it’s the people working at the bank!!!NEVER go to Rogers Ave!!! It may look fancy but inside will ruin your weekend.Jenny Lind will be my go to from now on!!! I hope someone retrains these people.

I do not know why anyone would ever do business with a Regions Bank in any state it operates. I am aware of a woman fighting cancer that is trying to get her affairs in order by paying off her mortgage in Belleville, Illinois. Instead of cooperating, the bank deliberately caused a delinquency in her account by returning payments she was making and the stating she was in arrears and filed a foreclosure action. The bank has run up in excess of $20,000 in bank fees, and attorney fees and refuses to give her a payoff. She has tendered all monthly payments, tendered a payment for all of the principal, and has requested at least 6 times an explanation as to whet Regions is attempting to do. No explanation has been offered. It is like she is dealing with a mafia owned bank, or a bank beholding to a mafia boss. Get your money out of this bank and run for the hills.

Worst customer service imaginable. This bank is not customer friendly - they don't work with you on anything - the policies and fees change and the customer doesn't even get alerted or notified. The bank app is not as accurate and the people who work there are robotic about their jobs - no sense of humanity or care. You will be drowned in fees and they are reluctant to see an issue. PLEASE BANK SOMEWHERE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

Terrible customer service. Outdated mobile banking. Terrible fees return item fees overdraft fees. Will never bank here again I only use them for a bills account. Closing my account after this month.

Rude and disrespectful customer service and management. Unprofessional performance, failed to keep promises on returning phone calls and seemed to not know how to take care of a customer. They have to report to a third party before making any financial decisions (seems like nothing is in-house). You would be better off keeping you money anywhere but here.
