I use the car wash and there was absolutely no soap. I went back another day and there was soap. This car wash is not dependable on whether things are filled or not. Whoever is mange in your car wash is not taking care of it the proper way. Also could not find any way to get a refund or a phone number to call. However I went today and I was very pleased with the service. I know there are a lot of people that complain about putting a 20 and getting no change but it says right on the machine that it does not have change. I use his car wash once or twice a week every week. It’s normally a wonderful car wash but everyone’s well I run through it and I’m disappointing because there’s no soap.

The machine says it takes 20's, well I put in a 20 and got the 8$ wash (shine) and it didn't dispense my change. I'm really mad about it. And there is no number to call to even get my change back.
