Very rude people in any department. They do not want to help or feel like you are just being a hassle when asking a simple question. They act like it takes years to get in for a service or it will take months for parts to come in then call you the following week and tell you they are able to get you in when you have more than likely already found someone else to fix it. They call nonstop at anytime of the day not leaving voicemails just trying to get you to answer so they can fill out dumb surveys. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them I definitely will never again.

Love Randall Ford! I was in need of another service and Randall Ford offered me the mobil service. That was great. They came out to the house, on time, you will get a phone call before they come.
Did Tire rotation, all system checks and oil change right at my house. That was so much easier for me. No extra charge for the mobil service. Love it!
Always very courteous customer service!

We bought our 2024 Ford bronco couple months ago had excellent service with sales. My husband and I have bought numerous vehicles and have never had an issue. My issue now is with service dept. We quit using them for this reason and thought id give them another try. My bronco has 2400 miles on it brand new! The check engine light came on called to get in for service today. Told me I couldn't get it in till october?? Really wow. I'm glad it's not my only vehicle just makes me so mad that I have to travel else where to get it looked at and fixed!

Back in July, my windshield was cracked. I called Randall Ford in Fort Smith Arkansas and talked to the very nice and respectful people at the collision center. They scheduled my windshield to be replaced and my wife and I took the truck to Randall Ford. When we got there they showed us to the lobby to wait while our windshield was being replaced. Randall Ford and their glass man did a wonderful job replacing my windshield. I Highly recommend Randall Ford 100%.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Randall Ford for many years now. The staff is always easy to work with, and fully explain any work that is needed. Randy at the service desk is always a pleasure to work with. And a special shout out to Alex and Ernie in the Body Shop for the great work on my Flex. Randall Ford has always been awesome and fair.

I now have my truck in for the 2nd time and I have to call to see if they are doing anything with it. Had to wait a month for this appointment so they can decide what they didn't fix right the first time. The last time they had it over a week. I am not happy that I have to track down what they are doing to my truck, I shouldn't have to call them to see if they are doing anything or not.

Got oil change, and they are also able to take care of the 2 recalls on my Maverick!
Plus, they found a nest on top of the engine compartment too!
