I've been going to Dr. Ramey for almost 20 years. He is a great doctor and a really good person. Whether I make an appointment or just drop in, he and his staff are always welcoming and efficient.

Finally a doctor who cares about my time. He got me in and out quickly. I have had eye doctors in this town let me wait in their lobbies for up to 3 hours. He got me in right away, and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. I work. My time is valuable. The receptionist is nice. I won't say they are the MOST organized office I have ever been to, but I don't care as long as they don't treat me like they are doing me some sort of favor by letting me wait in their lobby.

Felt extremely rushed and ignored when attempting to ask questions about symptoms that I was experiencing, couldn't finish a sentence without being interrupted, receptionist was very rude to myself and my husband on the phone regarding a billing issue on more than one occassion. I was told by my insurance that I should receive a 20% discount for out of pocket services, only to be told by their office that they don't honor the discount. Very bad experience for my entire family.
