The girls have been really nice. I love that they can stick ya one time and no digging or searching. We never have to wait long unless they happen to have a load of people show up. We use the website make appointments and we get in an out. Thank you

It's not the staff. It's this computer and making your own appointment. IT SUCKS.

Orderly, professional service, as expected. Both staff members on duty were helpful and knowledgeable. They reported some minor backend issues with their internal syncing of kiosk check-in with prior reservations but experienced no related delays during visit -- take a hardcopy or cell phone with online booking verification to help prevent ID problems, as a suggestion. Easy access and plenty of parking. In a multi use medical building, park on right side and use stairs, or enter from back of building if less mobile. Will use again for Fort Smith area lab work.

There are a few aspects of this visit that have irked me in multiple occasions. To begin with the good though, and their only saving grace, the one nurse on staff is technically skilled in her craft. The girlfriend got stuck one time for one blood draw, which was good. The issue is, they kept dead naming her. They also had us scheduled for an appointment at 1.30, and actually saw us at 2.15 almost. Other people claimed to be waiting an hour and a half. There only seems to be one person in the building, and quite frankly she was a B**** to me. She didn't let me in to support the gf as she got her blood drawn, and was incredibly terse.Like I said, technically skilled, but she needs some support staff, and maybe an ounce of understanding.

Wait over an hour. Only 1 person working. She keeps slamming the door on people and is aggressive. She called a gentleman's name, he came to the door to answer her questions and she just slammed the door in his face when he answered her politely! She doesn't want to be here and hates her job. I wish they cared but this isn't the place for that.

I was sent here by an employer for my Drug screening. I drank a lot of water before going to do the test. Then at the moment I arrived at the door it said You need a mask to enter so I had to go home to get a mask and return which is fine I'm glad they're upholding public safety with covid still in effect. So by then I actually needed to use the restroom #1 and #2 And was not given the chance as there wasn't a public restroom nore was I informed it would be okay to actually use the toilet full of blue water that I was instructed not to flush. Meaning if I had used it I would have to leave it filled for them to see. I was attempting to fill the cup but was struggling to Just release some urine Meanwhile the Younger Girl probably mid 20s was Outside the room complaining about "how long it always takes People to fill the cup" and "if they can't fill it" "they shouldn't come in for the test" "they aren't "tied there!" which was just making me anxious because I was struggling myself. she became very impatient with me after I was in for maybe 8 minutes trying to carefully relieve a small amount into the cup which ended up just being small drips at a time because I had held it for a while before going in to test and it's hard to pee when you're under pressure it's like being told to be funny on command. She began getting very irritated with me and was saying "I don't know what his problem is!"and telling me I had to get out of the rest room! and so I zipped up and brought what I had in the cup which was apparently not warm enough because It took me around 10 mins. She then held it up and stated in a very rude tone that It wasn't my Urine and that I put it in there to pass. She refused to accept that It was hard for me to pee under pressure and When she made such a Insulting statement after the discomfort I was in struggling to pee in the first place I was upset and Stated that it was b******* that she was trying to accuse me of that. I asked that she did a DNA test to confirm that it was my urine and she could have officers come and check me to prove it was real because I was there doing my best to give a sample, when I'm there so I can get hired for my Job that I have been pursuing for half a year. The older lady that was there was nicer but was upset with me and I understand her being upset because She didn't understand the whole situation and saw me and her colleague arguing because I was trying to defend myself and get a proper test done. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave but was told if I left they would tell the employer I refused to take the drug test. So I sat and waited in the lobby very uncomfortable and mistreated. After about 5 mins the older lady did let me come back in and sit down and use the toilet and I managed to fill the sample which she then filed. The whole time after the first attempt that I made the younger lady was Ranting to someone about me and how Stupid it is to Try to take so long to fill the sample and I shouldn't have gone in if I couldn't fill it. Etc. Long story short I would highly recommend not going here and after the treatment I was put through and being cornered by that younger lady who was being aggressive and condescending but when I spoke up to defend myself I was treated like I was a disturbance. I wanted them to have Officers or someone to come and do a pat down and confirm that I was just struggling to pee so the employer would know I was having a hard time and was being mistreated rather than Refusing to take the test. They wrote down on the paper that will be forwarded to the employer. "Patient in bathroom for 10 min, asked if he needed water. Pt came out with urine out of range. I told him he would have to give another specimen. Pt became irritated & Yelled." That is not an accurate order to what happened and if you have cameras I urge you to watch them. I wasn't even offered to give another sample till after The younger lady wa

Makes it extremely hard to make a payment. Never received a physical bill and was given the wrong account number twice so could not make payment online. Ended up having to pay through their phone tree because even if you talk to a person, you can’t make a payment. Sketchy

Made an appointment at the Jenny Lind location and was called in within about 5 minutes of that time (Several people in the waiting area evidently did not have appointments.) There was only one lady doing everything and she was doing her best to keep up with the crowd. In spite of that she was very professional and friendly. Hopefully management will add enough staff soon to be able to handle the volume of people.
