The business owner let his son come out and cuss at my husband, physically take an item out of my car that he had paid for, threw the money at him and lock the doors. My husband and his family have been coming to this place of business for years and even considered them friends. No business should ever treat customers like that but no one should treat a person like that either. This all happened after a difference in opinion. Either way they had agreed on a deal and taken the money. This used to be a fun place to stop and we liked supporting a “friends” business but not anymore. It’s sad that the owner is letting his son run off all of his business as we know we aren’t the only ones. This item was not even theirs originally, it’s on consignment and they have cost someone else a sale as well. Whatever happened, happened and it sucks but I will not ever recommend anyone to support this place unless they want to be treated like trash or for them to run to your vehicle and physically take the item from you that they already sold. It may be a new world to them but it’s one where I have my freedom of speech and I will use it if it helps someone else to not have an experience like this.

Used to love the place but just today 5-10-24 at 1:40 pm I went in and bought an item and we agreed to the price and I paid and took it to my truck and loaded it up and the son Matthew ran out to my truck and threw my money at me and took it out of my truck then started to cuss me out in the parking lot and scream at me and then I tried talking to bob the owner also his father and he did not say anything to him especially to a customer and let him talk to a customer like that is completely disrespectful and then they shut the doors and I thought bob was a friend because I have been a customer of them since I was a kid but not anymore nor will I ever return. It’s a sad day when a business treats a customer like that but no one should ever treat another person like that… ever. All of this because they didn’t agree with my opinions but had already taken my cash for the item. So very sad and disappointing that they are letting their business be run down by the son. I will not be referring them to anyone unless they want to be treated like trash.

Can't say enough good about this place. It one of the most enjoyable pawnshops on my rounds. The owner is a good gentleman and his prices are great.
