The prices are always the lowest around. There is never a time that it isn't crowded, and you don't have to wait 15 minutes to pump gas. Another set of pumps would be nice.”

“Best Pharmacy in town. Helpful and always patient, knowledgeable. Remembers allergies and double checks. Delivery is so helpful when you are to sick to pickup yourself. A True Family business in the way they make you feel cared for as family. Had to go to another pharmacy for one month it was the hardest month ever ?when I could go back I felt as if I came home to family. I wish more people knew about them because in a town like Fort Smith this business is the heart of why we love this town. It's small business like this that takes you back to a time where people really cared about each other as family.”
“We are new to the area and happy that we have a Sam's Club 50 miles from our house. We have gone to this locations a few times. The staff have been very nice which is a nice change. The prices at Sam's are really good if you are looking for bulk items. The meat market is my favorite. We have bought a few briskets,tenderloin,bacon and rotisserie chickens. The store is very clean and kept up with. I also noticed they are really good on making sure there was no expired items on the shelf. We are looking forward to our next visit.”

“Al is the best! The employees and pharmacy techs are all great as well. I take Suboxone and have to pick up a script of it weekly and they always have it not only do they not pass judgement * like CVS Target Cough Cough!* but they also show actual concern and regularly ask how I am doing on said medication. I literally drive about 15 minutes out of my way just to use this pharmacy. Best pharmacy ever.”

“This was our first experience with SAM'S CLUB. We have been Costco customers for years, even driving to Tulsa instead of going to Sam's right here in Fort Smith. We have been very impressed with the store, their products, especially Member's Mark have all been outstanding. Their optical department and pharmacy are staffed with great people, and the prices are as good as you will find anywhere.”
“They managed the sudden influx of new patients due to the unexpected closing of Health Depot quite well. Although they close early, their weekend hours are a plus. They experience the typical issues often seen in chain pharmacies, such as supply shortages, the requirement of ID for every pickup, and compliance with strict regulations. While these are mild inconveniences, they diminish the welcoming atmosphere I was accustomed to at a locally-owned pharmacy for many years.”
“I just got to take the time and tell the 2 pharmacist that they have made an impact on my life. I can't describe in words how amazing these two people really are. They come across thousands of different people with all kinds of illnesses. There quiet use to the different types of people that come and go out of there pharmacy. But them 2 pharmacist really (me crying right now ?) have compassion and acknowledge me and have seen me thru this journey with helping my sister who is battling cancer. “Hooray for Walmarts that tolerate overnight RVs in their lot as this one does. I stopped in late after enjoying an evening in downtown Fort Smith. Popped into the store for some supplies and then found a quiet end of the lot to park up for the night. The store is better than most. My theory on proximity to the Walmart Home Office continues to be proven correct. The closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer and more up-to-date the stores are and this one is. They have the new "Health" side with medical care. The rest of the store is clean, bright and pretty well stocked. I was able to find the stuff I needed and the self-checkout worked well. “Joni and Tyler were fantastic help when printing our photos!!! The printing machine was not working and Joni worked really hard to make sure we got our photos that we had paid for online and Tyler made sure we were well taken care of once the photos finally came out. We were so happy they were able to help us.”

“This is a story that you were going to like back in the 1950s you walk in there you got the old soda fountain in there past friendly courteous service and the staff in there oh my God they are the best people ever if you don't shop at this drugstore you're not getting the experience from the 50s taking a trip back in time check out Prince drugs”
