sent my dog in for a bath and trim.. paid for the little upgrades for tooth brushing and nail grind, etc.. not only does my dog stink like he wasn’t bathed, his breath is still terrible, and his nails are clanking all over the floor when he walks.. originally they didn’t even do the sanitary trim.. I brought it to their attention and they stated they would fix it, but I genuinely feel like trimmed him to look ugly on purpose.. they trimmed his face almost bald and totally uneven.. I’m never going back to this location again!

Simply put as I do not have the time to waste. I buy Bettas and sometimes other fish for the less fortunate. I hold raffle that are free to enter and winners get said fish. The young lady Paula today was just so rude and I have never.. I gave her chance after chance but her day clearly needed to bleed into mine she assumed. I first couldn't get the loche I wanted and it was gold the kids would have loved it. Also 7 Bettas was just to many for Paula to get for me in her opinion even if they are being donated to kids that have been neglected in most cases and just want a get away that could help tremendously. I bought three because Paula thought 7 was to many for me to donate. And honestly wanna talk to my lawyer as I feel very offended and feel like I could have a lawsuit with the way I was treated... today at 1pm.

Got there the day a new shipment of worms arrived so there was a good selection to choose from. Gotta really check them before you buy some of the super worms wasn't so super. Found a good container and was able to get in and out all within 20 mins or less. For once the front checkout line wasn't crazy backed up. Only store I'll use to get items for our dragon!

Sad our betta died the first night we got it I think it was already sick nothing we did wrong thankfully they do have the 30 day replacement but my kiddo is pretty sad :(
