“They seem to have a lot on their minds but other than that they are laid back and easy to do business with, as I gathered my thoughts about how they were conducting business, I thought to myself for a moment. They were doing what they could do (which honestly) was great considering that they could not make a decision without picking up the phone to call "the boss" to ask if they could move forward with their own completely and obviously more than capable of making their own decisions without the boss. But, now, after thinking about it, it was obvious that they were told not to do anything with me without approval. I completely understand and when I left I called them to warn them about something going on outside and to thoroughly check out the item that seemed somewhat suspicious to me that just threw up a red flag. Anyway, great guys. BTW, I used to work for this company and the other 3 affiliated stores for 17 years 6 months, two weeks and a few hours. Great friends are still there and always at any pawn shop, it's going to be a journey that you will never forget. Thanks for the hospitality!”
