Have to admit I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but my Maltese mix needed a trim badly.I had no issues, Deanna greeted me warmly and advised all that the grooming involved, dog was dropped off at 915a and was ready at 1120 and groomed beautifully.

I love Paw Spa. I've been using them for my Mini Schnauzer for years. These gals always do a great job and are so friendly.

She is a scammer and a fraudster. She told me a price of 40.00 on the phone. But when I gotten up there to pick up my dog she charged me 45.00 instead.she said that she used flea shampoo om my dog WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST. And didnt even cut my dog the way that I wanted him. So IF you DONT want to GET SCAMMED DONOT!!!!! Go to Paw spa.
By law ya CANNOT charge for stuff that WAS NOT authorized by the owner of the animal.WORSE GROOMER I ever been too.

The only thing I would recommend about this place is not going! If I could have gave a zero I would have she doesn't know how to groom properly and she's very cold and personable definitely don't waste your time
