Great service and will get you the correct parts. Called auto zone and was told they would have to order all the parts I needed. Called oreilly auto parts and they had almost everything in stock. They got my headlight in the next day.

I've been going to O'Reilly Auto Parts for years now, and I'm always impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff are. They always have the parts I need, and if they don't have it in stock, they can order it overnight and there's no charge for it. I ordered a part of w my debit card I never picked it up. I had to have the actual card to get my refundI had my receipt. Usually I only had to have the receipt. Now both. Inconvenient

Worst Oreylis I have ever been, won't price match local competition and by the way, asking for parts is like pulling teeth, I don't even know why are these guys on business...Just go to132, they will take care of you on that location. Any issues or warranty recalls just go to 132 9601 in Rogers Ave..best customer service in ft smith. But the grand location sucks.I've always hated coming to this location ?But it's the closest to my parents home, and it hasn't been the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd. It is always been the same customer service.For any needs I have always used 132 location, and they have always showed the best customer service and they have always honored the life time warranty...again, if you didn't feel satisfied don't get upset, just call 132 location off 9601 rogers and they'll take care of you.
