I wouldn't consider living anywhere else! Our Administrator always has our best interests in mind. Our Security Guard and camera systems keep us very safe. Our Housekeeper keeps the common areas immaculate. Our Maintenance staff is " johnny-on-the-spot" with any living area concerns. All the above is plenty, but we also have a Senior Center for home delivered meals, parking, trash pick-up, elevators, laundry rooms, and a spacious patio and beautiful park!!

Midtown apartments are nicely laid out, 3 laundry rooms, firm security from staff and cameras .The staff is friendly and helpful. The Maintenance crew are quick and prompt on everything reported. I love it here

I feel secure here. We have The most wonderful staff here. Our manager is caring and keeps us safe. I've had no issues with staff. Matience staff are hard workers. And alot of tenants are like Family here. Ms Kerri keeps this building running smoothly and safely. Our Security Guy is on top of things. Keeps us safe. Cameras are in place to insure security too.

I have been here 7 years and I love it . I feel safe here , we have security and cameras . Our manager is amazing and she does everything she can to keep us safe .

I love Midtown Apartment at Fort smith Arkansas and I am deaf and my friend is helping me move past august after discharged from Crawford Healthcare and Rehabilitation. I am so happy for home.

This place does not respect your privacy. They will send photos from their surveillance system of you to just anyone who ask for it showing who you are with and what you are doing when they have no good reason too.

Rude staff, they don’t treat elderly with respect or dignity. Full of bed bugs! Anywhere else but here. Do not let your loved ones live in this bug infested apartment building!

My initial experience with Midtown Apartments management was incredibly welcoming. They were kind and supportive of my mother's tenancy. We were told that once we turned in all the information needed to become a tenant, that we would have no problem getting in. We were thrilled and excited about mom's new independent living. I was in constant communication with the management over a 2 month period. We had created a connection.
It wasn't until we jumped through that last hoop that we realized how particular they are.
Dozens of documents, 10 years of rental history and multiple trips to their office to sign even more paperwork; we were denied..... by a letter in the mail. One late payment (out of 10 years)... and a false accusation about "hoarding", and we were no longer a suitable candidate. I gave a 2 star rating based on lack of transparency. They promised high and delivered low.
Unless your senior has a 10 star background, don't bother applying.
