If you have any issues this store here in my opinion is a wise decision to go, because the manager goes out of his way to correct the issues and make you a happy camper. I was waiting on the survey but didn't get the text so I'm putting my own survey here. I'm coming here for a now on and no where else for phone issues. Thank you Sir for fixing my issues. 10 stars if I was able to give it....

VERY RUDE... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to the Van Buren store and asked for help with a transfer pin. The lady working said she couldn't help and I had to call customer service. I went to my car to call customer service. The rep on phone said he needed the lady at the store to verify my ID so he could access my account. The lady at the store said she would not help me. While he was on the phone with .e. she was very rude and the phone rep escalated it to his supervisor. Still cannot get transfer pin and now have to wait another day since my phone is broken and I have to have someone in store help .
