Called on a Friday to ask if they could haul my vehicle to Fayettville on the following Wednesday with me riding along. I told him the appointment was at 10:00, and he said yes and we would need to leave by 7:00 Wednesday morning. I agreed to the price he quoted and he said call to confirm Monday which I did. Again he said yes he could do the job. I confirmed with the shop at Fayettville the car would be there on time. I was ready by 6:00 Wednesday morning since I wasn't sure what time McClains would arrive. After 7:45 came and went with no show up or call, I called him. After sounding surprised, he said his truck had broken the night before and he couldn't do the job. Common decency and good business practice would dictate a phone call to let me know at some point before then. I had to cancel my appointment at the automotive shop and reschedule for the following week. Now my car is sitting useless for another week. Maybe he just didn't want to do the job. If that was the case, he should have said at some point. Maybe his truck really did have issues; if so, he definitely should have called. Unreliable for anything but local tows... which he is good to do.Service: Special vehicle towing

They came to my sisters rescue on Christmas eve when the other tow company didn't show up. They were so fast to get there we were in shock. On the phone and in person they were so kind and caring. The exact thing you need when you're stranded and need a tow somewhere. I cant recommend them enough.
