Hanna was Amazing!!!My wife and I are in our early sixties. We have all kinds of aches and pains that prevent us from restful sleep. My wife said we have to do something about our bed now! My wife has stenosis, degenerative disc disease, swelling feet, carpal tunnel and other ailments. My shoulders, hips, lower back, feet and neck kill me. I have sciatica, sleep apnea, stenosis and two joint replacements. We both were researching online and YouTube for what we needed and what was best for us. We were left confused and bewildered what to do next. We live in Eastern Oklahoma and was driving by the Ft. Smith Mattress King Gallery. My wife said do you want to look in there and I agreed. Boy, we are glad we did. We weren’t planning to buy, we were just looking to gather more information for our dilemma. Inside Hanna took the information from us to what our pains were and showed us two mattresses that should be helpful for our needs. We fell in love with with the Tempura-Pedic Luxe Adapt soft. The Tempura-Pedic pillows were amazing also. Hanna also showed us the Seeley adjustable frame and the split king system. We will both get our own separate relief. My wife is a cold sleeper and I am a hot sleeper. Hanna told us to make ourselves at home and lay down for awhile. Wow, we can’t describe the relief this mattress gave us and the amazing pillows. My wife fell in love with the Cloud pillow and I with the Pro-Mid pillow. The other staff were amazing with the financing after our down payment. This staff knows their stuff! We had to rush away to the movies and Hanna stayed open late for us after the movie. Top notch service!!! If you are looking a new mattress come here and ask for Hanna!!!

OUTRIGHT LIES!!! This message box will be TOO small to chronologically list the deception and complete runaround we received from Jackie (and her manager via Jackie) after buying a Sealy queen mattress/box springs. My mother and I were treated sugar-sweet, while buying a $1200 bed (that’s AFTER 50% off.) BUT when we needed to exchange for a softer mattress, as was promised by the “30-day guarantee/exchange” that Jackie repeatedly guaranteed was part of our purchase, there has been nothing but lies and crawfishing. Now, 3 weeks later, Jackie continues to try to “run the clock out.” She has disputed that the guarantee/exchange ever existed, and only offered a higher value mattress with cost passed on to us! When my mom tried to negotiate a “consolation prize” (a twin Stearns & Foster for the same price as the queen we purchased), Jackie said Stearns & Foster doesn’t make twin sizes. Later, my mom showed her a website with evidence of just the opposite. Jackie argued that Mattress King would have to throw her mattress away if they took it back and they cannot absorb that loss. Hmm, so why the guarantee/exchange program to to begin with? And why did you throw in a free mattress protector “in the event that we needed to bring the mattress back?” My mother is 75 years old and the most mild-mannered person you will EVER meet. However, the last call she made to Jackie to find out where things stood with her and her elusive manager, Jackie hung up on her. Shame on Mattress King (Fort Smith, AR) for joining rampant deception in our world today. I should have checked BBB and videoed everything. Better yet, should have shopped elsewhere with honest folks.

The best experience I have had buying a mattress. Jackie was very honest and helpful with us making a purchase. She went well out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. The store closed at 6 but she stayed late just to ensure we got the best deal. Amazing work Jackie!! We cannot wait to get our Tempur-pedic Luxebreeze mattress!

Enjoyed the experience of shopping. Share the product information then gave plenty of space for me to make my decision. Went above and beyond to expedite delivery when they realized our mattress was destroyed by flood waters. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Great guy there with a heart of gold that takes all the time in the world with you, but also stands back to give you your own space to go over the mattresses on your own. Right there even you needed him to answer any and all of your questions.
