When I tell you, I had the best customer experience I mean to tell you I had the best customer experience. Sherman and I had no idea till he told me later on is actually the general manager you wouldn’t think it because he’s very humble extremely nice extremely helpful and I’m telling you this is probably one of the best places you can go to get a mattress. He was extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anybody and I promise you they’re gonna give you the best deals around along with the best products.

Jason and Sara took amazing care of us! After several months of sleeping on a horrible cheap innerspring mattress, today was the day where we said enough was enough. And of course we chose to do this on a Sunday. (So options were limited, but thank goodness they were!)
We went to the Phoenix ave store looking for an affordable firm memory foam mattress, in stock, that could be taken out 0f the store right then and there. Not thinking that most places have to have mattresses shipped in. But... with a stroke of luck, amazing customer service, and some well placed humor, we walked out of there with a brand new queen memory foam mattress, and a raised platform base, for about $150 dollars less than what we were willing to spend. We did take advantage of their 72 hour sale. Seriously, that's a sale that needs to be talked about! But beyond that, it didn't feel like we were in a used car lot. (And we all know that feeling) Jason and Sara made us feel incredibly comfortable, which is good in a mattress store!

Steven at the store on Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith was very knowledgeable and easily explained the differences between mattresses I was interested in. He was attentive, explained the details of the transaction in a way easily understood and even reached out to corporate in order to best serve my needs. I was surprised to have a delivery date scheduled so soon.
