Being a girl during the time we are in, I usually dread going into “manly” stores. A couple days ago I went into my local Lowe’s to get some supplies for my newest project. I needed a smaller bit of lumber, new outlet covers, light switch covers, and to take my stroll throughout the succulent section. I walked and grabbed my basket and I was greeted by one of the store associates, Jennifer Lott. She was kind, respectful, well-mannered. She made my shopping experience so much better as if it were a different person. She is one of the best workers at this store. This young lady deserves a well deserved raise!

Today I was in store shopping when I passed a customer being absolutely vile to several associates and a manager named Steve. This customer had raised her voice and was shaking her fists at the employees. Steve was doing his absolute best to difuse the situation and assist the woman. I'm not sure what the customer was upset about and I didn't witness the beginning of the conversation but, the parts I did witness... your team did amazing! They were so patient and kind- even when being spoken to in a horrendous way.
Also big thanks to Terrell for getting my chains cut down quickly and being so helpful!

Do not place any type of lumber order online, you'll be very disappointed because they won't fill it. You'll end up having to go to the story and pick all the lumber yourself. Plus, when you get to the store you won't find an associate that can help you.

Specific item was not located in the aisle as shown on the Lowe's app, but in the appliance section of the store. No problem locating mower battery just the refrigerator water filter.

Just left Lowes in Fort Smith. We bought an in stock dishwasher. RUDE isn't a strong enough word for "The Appliance Guy" William! I actually told him he didn't have to be so rude, I just asked a question. GO TO HOME DEPOT people!

In the short time I’ve lived in Ft Smith, this particular store has improved quite a bit in their customer service. I asked about it in the store one day, and an assistant manager told me there was pretty much all new management. I can tell a distinct difference. I just hope they keep it going.
