I brought in a cartridge for a water facet for which I needed a replacement. The guy helping me seemed to have trouble finding it in the book and the guy next to him grabbed something within reach and said "try that." The part he gave me not only didn't make sense for what I needed, it didn't stay together in one piece. We waited a long time for him to give some explanation while he went on with a contractor he had been chatting with about nothing plumbing related. When he finally gave his attention he said, "ask your plumber." I told him I didn't have a plumber. He said, "You mean you're fixing this yourself?" I replied, "Yes." He then ignored me again. I asked the guy that I had first conversed with and had given me his attention how much it was for what the other guy had come up with. He said it was just over $20.00. This is a part that typically costs $2 or $3 at Lowe's. Do not waste your time if you are a DIY female with this store.

They either lied to my home warranty about having a water heater available or sold the water heater that my home warranty had secured to replace our water heater. Now have to wait for who knows how long to get a water heater.
