I have rented from this place for 3 years, it was twice as high as the previous place I rented for the same space. I have rented from previous place and still do but in another town. I get an email today from this place to notify my of a 60% price increase. They aren't in the office half the time. They went from $100 for. 10x10 to 160 on the next auto draft. Prett crappy to go up that much all at once

Great options for RV and Boat storage. Each stall has a hookup and is well covered. There is a dumpster and an RV dump station on site as well. 24hr access. The facility feels very safe at all hours and is well lit!

Great facility. Clean, tidy and great security to keep your belongings safe. Multiply options of unites (climatize and non), RV and Boat storage. This facility is the best in Fort Smith!

There's plenty of room to pull our camper though, And cameras everywhere to ensure it stays safe. There's even a DUMP STATION just incase you need one. There's also regular storage on the other side

Great storage place prices are good and they have different sizes and some are climate controlled so its great if you store pics or electronics cause they mess up if they get hot or cold, you gotta vring your own lock it has a 2 lock slide on it u can use both, the whole place is fenced around and has cameras so super secure....
