I have went to this Vet Clinic for 11 years my sweet dog is 16 and has heart issues so I go a lot and have never had the issues I had today. Their manager they have now is the most hateful and unprofessional manager I've ever met. Very disappointed.

They got me in as quickly as they could, my dog has porvo and i know she will get good treatment here. A bit pricey though but id rather have my dog back in good health

Was told 30-40 min wait time. I've been sitting for over 1.5 hours. Multiple people were seen BEFORE us that checked in AFTER us. Then as told that if I wanted to go back with my dogs that my children would have to wait out in the car (on a very busy and dangerous street) or sit in the lobby alone. I'm a single mother. Neither of the options where great. Then instead of privacy to discuss my pets, I was forced to talk with the vet out in the lobby with multiple people around. I won't be coming back. This was my second attempt here.

I have used this clinic for over 30 years. Doctors have come and gone over that time, and I have liked some better than others. Yes, now they are a young bunch, but I feel like my dog gets great care. They remember her from visit to visit and seem very caring. I like the walk in hours, too.
