I get and understand people have to take bathroom breaks but it should not take 15 to 20 minutes. If that is the case, then you need to have two people working at a time. Sat here for 30 minutes just to see how many customers came by. A totally of 15 people. That is ridiculous!

The people that go there are rude had a lady get rude with me I exchanged words then the cashier tried to make me the bad guy because I am a male and it was a female who got rude with me they are sexist and I won't go there again plus their gas is overpriced there parking lot is terrible I have had more then one bad experience here

My 5 year old needed to use the bathroom and we had bought stuff and the lady wouldn’t let her use it. Even seeing her do the wiggle dance. It’d be different if it wasn’t a child. I’ve used the bathroom there plenty of times

Kum and go has started closing really early they put a piece of paper on the door saying that they are closed but when my husband and I got there around 11:30pm there was another customer at the pump so we pulled up to the pump as well, my husband went to go pay for gas and I over heard the customer and my husband talking about how Kum and go was closed and how crazy it was because they say they are supposed to be open 24/7......okay rant over sorry but this gets on my nerves when businesses don't update their hours of operations, not to mention leave every light on in the building and outside at the pumps to where it looks like they are open for business but when you get to the door it's locked and has a handwritten note saying they are closed.

I sent an Amazon package here expecting to be able to pick it up 24hrs and I got to the store on my way home from work and they decided to close without updating hours on Google or Amazon.
