When Ray was there he jumped through hoops to help and get parts needed. Since he left service has failed and they say we can’t do the phone thing and computer thing. Bryce does great need another Bryce and or Ray!

Anytime I am in need & I get a hold of my Johnstone Supply with my needs I am treated with the upmost respect and consideration. The manager, Billy is always more that helpful, positive & up beat; even when he has to deliver unfortunate news to me, i.e. a part that has been discontinued; this is after he has to tried to find me a comparable part or replacement. The atmosphere and team's behavior show that they respect their manager as well as each other; which reflects & goes a long way. When & if my needs arrive I will contact Billy & my Johnstone guys 100% of the time first due directly to the respect I am given!!!
