Needed a tire tube replaced on a commercial spreader. I made a stop at another tire business and they told me they couldn’t fix the tire. I was ready to buy 2 new tires and decided to stop at Jim Grizzle to see if they could help me. They replaced the tube in no time. Happy customer! Thank you!

They are great to get the job done. Just took extra time to get parts which wasn't their fault directly, but did cause delays. We've used them several times and purchased tires several times, excellent service!

I trust when I take my car in for service it is done right. If my car needs any additional service or parts they call me first to ask. They call me when it is ready for pick up.

They always treat you like a valued customer! Great customer service and even took an extra step to let me know my two rear tires needed to be replaced!

Took my car to install new tires and alignment. Ask if CV axles need replaced. If the mechanic said they needed replace then why do the alignment and charge me for it? I think it was unprofessional to not even ask if I still wanted an alignment. Left my car there bc i had to go to work but I was one phone call away.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Arrived in the morning, they took my info, had me in and back outvwithin 30 minutes. Awesome customer service, friendly & professional. Very reasonable tire service!

When I Bring my work van in for regular tire rotations everytime I get ready to pay they reply to me with “no charge” that is my kind of folks right there. ??

Brian and the tech outside in shop had to tell me I had broke wheel along with bad tires and made arrangements to drop car off in future to have all work done as my schedule was too tight to handle at that time. Thanks Mike
