Brian is a good dude! Go in and get to know and tell them what you’re trying to do and ask them for ideas. They have good deals on doors and windows and other stuff. Brian likes to joke around. If you buy in bulk they may give you a discount. I enjoy joking around with them. Some people don’t get their humor, but I do and enjoy shooting the bull with them. They even offer food when the mom cooks extra.

Wife came by today only to be treated like it was a hassle to answer simple questions. We like shopping local and supporting small, but this was unacceptable. Be better!

Asked if they had a windows on the phone, he says “yes” asked for a size I’m looking for, guy said “yes”, I said ok thank you, he then just hung up. I need windows but this guy on the phone is super rude

NO STARS if allowed! HORRIBLE customer service, well no customer service. To busy mackin food behind the counter. Rude and does not accept tax exempt, sounds sketchy. Will never go back, spare your self and don't go.

talking to some man who hung up in my face. guess they don't want business you treat ppl like that. I ( Is other than security screens) Need three refrigerators and a dryer won't be buying it there

Poor customer service. Over priced products. Would rather drive into Fort Smith and pay less at Jome Depot or Lowes than deal with overpriced rude employees

I stopped in to buy some lumber took a long time before anyone acknowledged my presence. After I made my order and paid the yard staff brought me my order. Due to flaws in the lumber I rejected all but 1 board. The employee seemed irritated that I wanted usable wood. What I left with was worse than what I usually pick from the reject pile elsewhere. I'll never return.
