Good service but one thing I can’t stand is hidden fees. Regardless of the amount. They charred $5 for who knows what. Invoice wasnt given to me before payment for me to review. Only a receipt after payment. I called to ask what the $5 additional charge was for, service guy said every ticket/invoice is generated that fee. For supposedly towels & cleanup fee…. stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.

Bought a vehicle from here, went to maintenance here. Maintenance guy said long wait and you can just take it somewhere else that changes oil if you do not like it. I was friendly and he was very rude. Will not purchase a Toyota here again and will take my maintenance somewhere else. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM US!!!!!!

As a new customer I was pleasantly surprised as the service coordinator, Heather, greeted me friendly and openly listened to my request for service. She was able to work-in our car in for a tuneup amidst a busy Friday. The technician found a loose hose on the throttle body and was able to reattach and clean it as part of my service. Overall a great customer experience, with timely and considerate service to our vehicle.

Unfriendly and rudely staffs, over charge for oil change. Full service and full synthetic oil change at Floyd Traylor Honda charge $85, J. Pauley Toyota charge $127. Pathetic
