I am on my son‘s plan and I explained to him what happened and he said go to the corporate store and he found it on Google ..He gave me the address and said go there and nowhere else. I am so happy that I did and I won’t go anywhere else. I’m confident that if I have an issue they will fix it ..if I need to purchase some things they will help me.Every time I have walked out of that door I have walked out being very happy and confident that I was taken care of. thank you T-Mobile for making me feel like I am a valued client And for such an awesome corporate office that I have 100% confidence in that will take care of my phone!”
“In the past I have had a nightmare time trying to switch phone service. I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the service and competence at this location when switching service to T-Mobile. Christy was absolutely fantastic! She took care of all three lines in very short order. She answered all questions that I had explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend this location and this associate without hesitation. My fourth line is for a grandmother in New Mexico, and even in that Christy was there as much as she could to answer any questions and help in the process.Sadly, my review for that location in Bernalillo, New Mexico is quite different.”

“Dave came out to our place on the King's river last week to install our satellite Internet and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and the entire installation took no time at all. He even took a picture of our dog's rainbow dyed tail ?. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”
“Good service most of the time but their Gigabyte fiber often was only giving me about 300-700mbs. Rarely would I get the 900+mb I was paying for. I had called the customer support and they said that was just the way it was and that even though I was paying for 1gb it was to be expected I would get somewhere around 900mb at most, and they had said as for the low speeds at times, it was related to service demands and busy times. Best service in Booneville, AR area in my opinion still despite these issues.”
“Paid 30 bucks to get everything transferred, guy helping us sent us out with the phone updating no wifi nothing transferred had to call customer service to get something's transferred it was not a good experience. Also guy working with us said he wasn't very technical aware”

“Because Christy at the Phoenix location in Fort Smith Arkansas was beyond amazing if I could give a thousand stars I would Christy made everything so easy and a very smooth transaction she really treated us like family she was so professional and went above and beyond for us. After purchasing my order she even called the next day to make sure everything was ok.
