“My husband and I went to Southerlands looking for garden flowers and a small child's bench. (Our two little Westie dogs love to lay on our older broken bench). We found THE CUTEST one on the display floor, but with no price. Heather came to help us and she was exceptional!! She went above and beyond. We we able to get it already assembled at no extra charge. Matt also came over to answer questions and he carried the heavy little bench to check out for us. We chatted with Heather the whole way, sharing our furry dog family pics with each other. What a delightful human being she was. She made it a wonderful shopping experience that day!! “I went into Lowe’s today at about 1:30, my husband sent me to buy a battery pack chainsaw. As soon as I walked in an employee whose name tag said Shawn, asked if he could help me, I asked him to point me in the direction of the chainsaws. He said sure I’ll take you there. Which he did He asked me questions about which one I was interested in. Well I didn’t know it but they come in different sizes and blades. He helped me make the right choice, according to my husband. I went to self checkout and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes. I was very happy. Thanks Shawn.”
