I just left work did not want to go to Walmart I saw that the cokes and a lot of Coke products there were many products on sale for three for 11 or one for 379 they were 12 ounce cans of pop so I get to the register and the frugal person that I am I look at the price well it came up almost 7 dollars and I corrected the girl she called a manager the manager had to go and see to make sure I wasn't lying of course and when he came back he lied about that s*** he said that those were for the little cans I didn't even see 12 packs of cans he was lying out Right in my face just so he wouldn't have to give me the product for the price that was marked that really f****** pisses me off because then the cashier admitted that it was for the 12 ounce cans but it was from the day before so they failed to do their job and that mistake wrote back on the customer the customer should not ever have to pay for the mistakes of the store I guess you have to watch everything you get from harps because they're right there to f*** you in the a** too. Needless to say I left that s*** right where it was

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the staff are great. The pharmacist has always been helpful when there is a problem with any of my prescriptions interacting. The pharmacist is exceptional about telling me what to watch for if she feels there might be an issue with a medication.

What a joke this chain is. OVERPRICED. My other local grocery store sells cabbage for $0.59/lbs pretty much year round. Harps $0.99 Now here's the kicker. I bought 1, yes ONE apple for a recipe I was gonna make. $1.64 for 1, yes ONE apple. Ridiculous. Sunbeam bread $2.50 all day everyday at Dollar General. Harps $3.49. And ads are fine when you have a bigger family. For the 2 of us we don't need 2 bags of onions for $5.00. So we have to pay $3.99 for 1 bag. This chain is robbing you blind. Lots of better stores out there with better sales. Well I'm gonna worship my apple.

Wonderful customer service! Special ordered green tomatoes through their produce department and they came through for me (when other stores wouldn't)!

So helpful! They knew that I needed my medication and made sure I got it asap. The pharmacist went out of her way to give me a courtesy phone call when there was a problem with getting my medication filled.It's so nice to be treated as a valuable customer.

Came here needing some fresh strawberries for a margarita party we was attending and they didn't disappoint in a great selection. The store was extra clean and always well organized. Came in found what I was needing and checked out within 5 mins. That's what I call great service.

It's a little chaotic but overall a nice local store. I think it's a bit expensive personally but it's close to my house so I tend to shop here when I want to grab some celery or something like that. Pharmacy is nice as well. Overall I like this store and will go in the future.

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. (1) Filling prescriptions no longer being prescribes. (2) not filling all prescriptions when due. (3) not listening to me when i tell them which ones i need to pickup. Kerry is a great pharmacist. The others who work there are the problems. DO NOT USE HARPS ON 74th street in Ft Smith.

I had a great problem that made me using 2 pharmacies and I was able to COMBINE MY UNIQUE NEEDS WITH THEIR HELP to do EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO BE OK IN LIFE.. RIGHT HERE WITH TGEN! ?SOO MUCH APPRECIATION FOR THE OPEN MINDED adaption THEY MADE FOR ME ? THAT KIND OF SERVICE IS LIFE SAVING (LITERALY) FOR MANY PEOPLE. SO.. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS ???
