This is the worst company to work for they hire you for a few weeks and then fire you for no reason don’t even have the courage to tell you that in your face! this company is a joke, avoid at all cost.

I've worked here 2 separate times. The first time was amazing! I came back a fee years later and the whole dynamic changed. I worked my way up to working with the training coordinator and enjoyed my time. It wasn't until I put my 2 weeks in due to finding a better financial opportunity that things really took a turn. This job is great for short term but def not a long term company.

Discriminated against and it’s sad I will be seeking further actions aswell … was told to contact agency on Monday and agency wasn’t even aware of me suppose to even contact them was… stated call avoidance when I was dispatching 2 tickets for 13 minutes total sad and I would never recommend people of color to work for them the odds are against you for sure… most of the team leads have siblings or are dating working there … they are a joke.. only pay 13.00 and expect so much and make your job harder when it’s easy … turnover rate will stay high for the colored people working there .

Everyone wants to say what a horrible company Goodyear Fleet HQ is. Its not. Yes they hire temps because most of the people that come in quit within the first two weeks. Training is a general training, your understanding and knowledge will come from hands on calls and dispatches.People are saying that the training is misleading, its not! The information per each line is ever revolving because companies change them. Its not the TL's (Team Leads) or TLA's (Team Lead Assistant) fault, they are giving you the information based off the information given from the companies. Questions should never go straight to the trainers after training is done, you should reach out to the TL channel as they are in communication with the companies more than the trainers are. The trainers even establish that once training is done.Most people that are let go cannot handle being told what to do, so therefore they create a problem with the TL's not the other way around. This company is by far the best job I have worked at because this company does care about their employees, even if you are a temp.Working through a temp agency is hard because it is very true that the job security is not there, but to be honest you don't have job security even if you are hired on directly with the company, because they can fire you as well. People don't realize that most states nowadays are a right to work state, and employers don't have to give a reason to let you go.A good lesson for those that want to say this company is bad, here you go, "If you do your job to the best of your ability and take notes and clarify and verify information given and reach out to the respective person you probably won't get let go".All in all if you got let go its more than likely your fault, so quit blaming everyone else and start taking responsibility for your own actions.This company has went above and beyond for me including life issues that have came up. They were understanding and did everything they possibly could to make sure I was able to come back after I was mentally ready. I say this company is dedicated to you, if you are dedicated to them.Now all this is my experience from the TL's and TLA's from 3rd shift, I cannot speak for 1st or 2nd shift, but 3rd shift definitely. ^_^

Definitely the most unprofessional company ever dealt with . Team leads are young and unskilled . Marisela is a terrible team lead and so is skyler he or she whatever it is , is very unprofessional and disgusting & acts like he owns the company . I would not recommend any one to work for this trash company it’s not even worth it at all . Throw the whole company away gross !!! The lady Bailey from HORIZONS temp agency is also very young and INCAPABLE.

Horrible company to work for. They let me go for no reason. I literally just had meeting with TL Malinda & she stated my metrics was low but that was because I was new! I worked for them for 2 weeks & didn’t have time to get my metrics up! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!! they are very slow and unorganized. ITS CRAZY HOW THEY CAN SEE I WAS 3 mins late , but when I clock out after my clock time they have it WRONG! Horrible HORRIBLE COMPANY

lack of training and organizational skills the team leads Jeffery, Jessica and the rest are all a joke most of them are racist. The trainers Alex, Danica and Stacey are ok during the training, but once on the floor you're alone after the two weeks of misinformation training. If you have a question each trainer has a different answer, I see why Robin left.

Team leads or TL's as they call themselves are rude and hateful! It's hard to do your job and be nice to the customers when you are being talked to like trash.

Worked for them. Enjoyed the job. Most of the team are very nice. Was fired without warning after being told 2 days prior I wasn't in danger of losing my job.

My wife used to work there. And she had to deal with alot. Truth be told, half of the companies partnered with good year would put her on hold for over an hour just to be put on hold again. To add further insult to injury, we live in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment where the office is literally in the dining room/kitchen. And yet through it all, my wife did the best she could. She would call in case there was an outage so they would know she couldn't work. To be honest spectrum internet is a whole other nightmare all together. And to top it all off, she gets let go because I had a seizure and she had to take me to the hospital. It was the biggest slap in the face for being yelled at, admonished and just downright degraded for putting up with the managments sever lack of training and organizational skills

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY they will pull every scare tactic from their pocket, I was there over a month and my internet had gone down one night so I could not work unfortunately and they immediately let me go for one day missed and the managers and training personal have no respect for religious views WHATSOEVER and make that abundantly clear STAY AWAY

Very expensive roadside service. $12 a mile to get to you. $100 an hour plus $100 for mount and dismount a tire. Ended up being $500 to put my tire on. Can't track the tech for more accuracy on eta. Domino's can track your pizza but Goodyear can't track your tech. Tech did great job successfully completing the job.Just another company over charging for a job and under paying the techs. . Not my first road side tire change but will be my last with this price gouging company.

Very poor customer service and very slow response time. I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to set up a service call. I tried setting it up online and it takes 2 hours before they even dispatch the call out to a service provider.
