Please bring back the dressing rooms. I would buy so much more if I knew it fit.

Love going here, sometimes you’ll find that diamond in the rough, just be very knowledgeable about prices, some things are well over priced, also be careful of wrapped glassware, they wrap them so tight it causes chips in a lot of the glass!!Keeping those things in mind it’s a great place to find bargains.

I was checking out at this store on Saturday, December 16th just before 6 pm. I don’t have a lot of money. That’s why I’m at goodwill buying christmas gifts. I declined to round up two pennies when the cashier asked. The cashier then loudly said to the man next to me, “I guess she really needs those two pennies. She really needs them. Really needs those pennies.” Yes, she said it multiple times. It was so hurtful.I round up when I can, but I shop here a lot and it really adds up if I do it every time. I only have $15 for food for the week. I don’t need a cashier shaming me for my already depressing financial situation. I didn’t see the cashier’s name tag, but she was probably in her 50s with dark/some grey hair and was wearing pink false eyelashes.Someone needs to tell her not to say these things. Some people are struggling so much that pennies do matter. I’m going to try to shop at other thrift stores from now on because I never want to feel like this again.

Just another greedy " goodwill". I'll never shop at another one. Prices on items higher than when they were new. They have new pieces from Walmart priced higher than they are at Walmart. Selling name brand clothes fir retail prices. All items are used and donated. It's the definition of "GREED". Look how much the execs make at goodwill. It's all a scam.

The store was empty and dirty, the line was very long & cashiers were doing their best with a customer trying to beg for a discount on a chipped bowl though staff were trying to explain that they can no longer change floor prices only to end up buying item anyways? Our cashier was trying to move fast & was very helpful when it was finally our turn. Low score is for allowing 3 people to walk right out of store with items because staff was simply not paying attention & had their backs turned to front of store.

The lady who checked me out was soRude. And she kept giving me the most dirtiest looks. Along with that this family was letting their children change in the middle of the store bare skinned. This is by far the worst goodwill

In general, I'm a fan of Goodwill. This is a good location for this store. Also, it's a decent size. My criticism is that there could be better organization. I was shopping for maternity clothes, which was interspersed between the plus-size clothing. I didn't even bother. The children's clothes could be better organized as well.

We adore this establishment.....we've been customers for 20+ years. We started at the original location. We donated heavily. Once, one of my children (5 year old boy) ran up to me with a toy in his hand and demanded to know if I donated any of HIS toys....I sheepishly replied that I might have. With angry eyes he held up the toy, and sure enough, there was his unique name....in MY handwriting! HAHAHAHAHA He is, to this day, a faithful customer.

I've shopped at this GW location several times. I like it because it's bigger than the one, also in Ft. Smith, on Towson Ave. Yesterday, I was looking at times in the Housewares aisle & picked up a wood & metal device from the chest level shelf to try to figure out what it was. When I picked up the right end with my right hand, the inside of my thumb got sliced open. I then saw that on the end I picked up there was a 3" razor blade edge exposed. My thumb started bleeding. I knew that I should report the injury & get it cleaned ASAP because let's face it, stuff at GW gets handled by ALL kinds if dirty hands. I took a picture of the device & my thumb & then immediately reported the injury to a male stocker nearby & showed him the device with the exposed razor blade on it & that I was bleeding. He seemed alarmed & said he'd notify the manager & find the First Aid kit.The Manager was busy interviewing someone in her office, so Asst Mgr Shelly (who was very nice & equally concerned) stepped up to assist me. She took the device from me (later identified as an apple peeler) & said " I can't believe that was put out on the shelf like that".While she tried to find the First Aid kit, I told her I should probably go wash my thumb really well in the bathroom first. She said "there's no soap in the bathroom, the soap dispenser is broken". I was a bit shocked by this (because basically GW is a germ magnet).Shelly opened the First Aid kit, which only consisted of about 50 alcohol wipe packets & a few band-aids all jumbled together in a box. It had no disinfectant liquid to wash out my laceration or tube of antibiotic cream, no gauze. Quite honestly, I was a bit horrified.I cleaned my cut as best as I could with the alcohol wipes & put a band-aid on it. Shelly asked if I wanted to fill out an Incident Report & I said "absolutely". (She took a photo of my thumb before I had cleaned & bandaged it). I filled out the form & asked her to write the name of the manager on the photocopy she provided me.The Manager (Laura) despite being told about my injury & my being directly outside her closed office door (that had a window) while Shelly helped me, she NEVER stepped out to check my welfare or express concern.I walked around the store another 30-45 minutes, hoping Laura (the Manager) might show herself, but she never did. I walked down the Houseware aisle again before leaving, to make sure they didn't put the apple peeler back out on the shelf. To my ASTONISHMENT I found ANOTHER hazardous wood & metal item that had just been put out on the shelf! It was not there earlier & was sitting close to where the apple peeler had been. I was really upset & didn't think to take a picture before I grabbed the large wood cutting board that had about 12-14 sharp metal spikes sticking out in the center (I found a photo on internet showing what the spikes looked like & added it).I took the spiked cutting board to the same male stocker & told him I just found it on the shelf & that it was a hazard. He acted shocked, but he was the only one stocking shelves when I was there. So, HE likely was the one who had just put it out.I can't wait for the new Salvation Army store to open up nearby. Because this GW clearly is hazardous to its customers! Why didn't they at least go buy a bottle of liquid hand soap for the bathroom?! Really poor management there! My phone number was written on the Incident Report. Manager Laura did NOT even give me a quick phone call later on to see if I needed medical attention or a tetanus shot, or to simply voice concern about my injury! It seems GW cares enough to raise $ to help other people get job training, housing, etc to get on their feet. But, they obviously care very little about their customers who pay good $ to help them help others. Sad!
