Back into the door at 1845. The shipping office said it would be about an hour. 2 hours later, I looked in the door, and the fork lift drivers are playing games on their phones. Lazy people!!

Arrived at 10am and is now 12pm and I still waiting to be unloaded. Very slow place, make you loss time. Came prepared to lose a lot of your time.

Quick to dock door 3e, unloading quick. However, be aware that door 3e malfunctions and may not unlock when they finish to give the green light. If you've been waiting for a while, go ask shipper if the door is working

This place is a dirt lot where they are notorious for parking the trailer so close together that most of them were touching and half the time the yard driver doesn’t want to come help you. There’s no white to be able to see what you’re doing at night at their offsite location. They finally put lights up at the plant but that has been recent.

Very tight docking for trucks,Update 05/13/22..The yardjockys are very unhelpful and rude, They will damage your equipment in The drop yard. Its so tight will not be able to get to the crank handle.Please show your people these pictures...

My company is always drop/hook here. The drop yard is terrible and the trailers are damaged by the incompetent yard drivers. Obviously GP sees these reviews and does not care. Every time I come here I take photos of our damaged units on the yard and send it to my companies claims department. If all the drivers that came here did the same, they would not park the trailers like idiots and they would fix their substandard drop lot.

Don’t come to this place they are horrible you have to drop off your trailer. I dropped my trailer Saturday morning and it was not ready til Sunday morning. When I picked up my trailer they had scratched it all over the place and busted one of my trailer light. And when I went to claim it they said it was not their fault. Very unprofessional warehouse and staff. Wish I could only give a one star.

Made it here today at 10:45am was told they didn’t have a dock for me and to wait at Walmart down the road. They called me at 3:45pm with a dock for me it’s now 5:15pm and they still haven’t started unloading yet.

This place is total nonsense. Rental cop is arrogant and crass. They protect themselves by rules they printed out and posted on their window shack what they can do if we drivers "rude" to them.

It wasn't too great. They only had 1 loading dock open so we were told we couldn't wait on the property we had to leave and go 4 miles down the road and park at Walmart and wait until they call us to come be unloaded. We waited an hour and 50 minutes when they called. They unloaded us pretty fast though and we left. No issues other than when we got there and had to leave.

Got here at 1425 they were backed up. Was told to go to Wal-Mart and they would call me when they did it was 19 something got out at 2230.also had me at a door the didn't work and two trucks got unloaded before someone said something.but the security guard was cool and courtesy.
