I went with my sister to Fort Smith Eye Clinic when she needed an eye exam. Everyone there was great.
The optometrist noticed something during her exam and did a great job of explaining everything to her.

I’ve had three appointments at this location including an emergency visit, and each time was excellent. The staff is always cheerful and easy to talk to. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and the doctors, which I’ve seen both Dr. Bill Keating and Dr. Wallace Liles, and they have always been punctual, kind, and never gave off a vibe that any questions I have are a trouble to them. Dr. Liles sees my 5yr old as well and he is great with her! Super people all-around! I’ve referred a few friends and family and they also have had great experiences.

I rarely do reviews but here's my personal experience.
I have been a client for 2 years and have ordered contacts for the second time this year, 2022.
The receptionist that ordered them November 15, 2022, did not say that the manufacturer does not ship 6 packs.
i called a couple of times to follow up, until today, December 30, i have gotten hold of the same receptionist with a small voice---
she was rude and instead of apologizing she hang up on me.
I cannot.
Dr. Keating and his assistants that check the patients are nice, but that's it.
This will be my last year with them.
Big thumbs down.

Ordered a year worth of contacts 3 weeks ago and they never got shipped to my house. Prepaid for them ahead of them. When I called to check on the statues of the contacts. One worker put me on hold for 13 mins and the line ended up getting disconnected. So I called back and they said they don’t have my contacts and will have to re order them and they will come in the next day. Well fast forward to the next day. I was informed they only have one box for my left eye available and the contacts didn’t come in yet and on top of that she lady at the front desk tried to charge me again for the ONE box they had when I already paid them 3 weeks ago. So yea. Take ur business somewhere else. Unprofessional here.

Communication is TERRIBLE! Was told a trial pair of lenses would take 2-3 weeks to come in. When 3 weeks rolled around I hadn’t heard from them so I called and they just told me they hadn’t come in yet, so almost another week goes by and then they realized that the manufacturer has them back-ordered (the wait wasn’t their fault). Then when the lenses finally came in, I go to pick them up today (Saturday) online it says their hours are until 3 but I went at 1:15 and they were already closed. The sign on the door still says 3pm as well

I ordered contacts at the end of January on the 28th and was told I was supposed to get them in 2 weeks. I called back 3 weeks later and they "weren't in yet." So I called back at the beginning of March and was told again, that they still weren't there and they would give me a call. Well I call today (April 1st) and they have apparently been there since February 22nd. They claimed to have called me the day they came in but I never got a call. And even if they were in, I was still told at the beginning of March that they were not there.

My daughter could not see through the glasses they prescribed for her. Instead of listening to my concerns they said she just needs to wear the glasses so she can get used to them, everything was blurry. Come to find out they were the wrong prescription. She needed +50 lens and they gave her +1.50 lens.

They have always done well with my daughter, and were very patient with her even when she was young. They call promptly when items come in, and do not rush you just to clear their inventory up. They are also very kind to my mother when she steps in for me and my baby girl. Additionally, the lovely young women at the front counter are well rounded, friendly yet professional. Great service with a smile!
