I took my cat here after he had an elastiration.On his stomach , they were able to stitch him up and give him pain medicine
While I was there My biological father That had taken me to the vet and then I did not have a great relationship with decided It was a perfect time to cause a scene And yell these ladies The situation very Professionally and swiftly. After he was asked to leave They talked to me assured me Everything was fine and that they could give me a ride home if i needednone. Long story short i came back to get my Cats stitches out and it was only 10 minutes before he was done. Can't recommend this place enough love it!!!!!!!!!

Back in June, I had to bring in my little cat Rosie, who was dying of bobcat fever. The lady who helped us was incredibly kind and compassionate. She made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier. After Rosie had been put to sleep, this lady went and got her ready in her little casket and she wrote her name and even drew a little rose on it for her. It was a terrible, terrible day for me, but the care Rosie and I got from that lady was a blessing and has given me something positive to think about from that time.

Drove 2 hours from Little Rock to bring my boxer here when she got sick on a weekend night. The emergency clinics in LR had over 6 hour waits and certainly lacked friendliness over the phone. If I wanted an alternative then I was looking at Fort Smith or Memphis as the next closest options. I am SO glad that I reached out to this clinic!! The young woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful immediately, which alone convinced me that I was about to make the drive. When I finally arrived the staff met me at the door and immediately walked us into a room without any wait whatsoever. They were gentle and attentive to my girl and were expedient yet thorough with their clinical processes and testing. I was seeing dollar signs as they described the tests and medications they were recommending but I was very pleasantly surprised at the total. I am convinced that I would have easily spent twice the amount in Little Rock. I can not speak highly of enough of the techs and the veterinarian who saw us tonight. Hopefully I won’t have a reason to see them again, but if anything does come up outside of business hours and I need someone who I can trust with my animals, there won’t be any question as to where I will take them - It was well worth the drive! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I don't give them 5 stars because of price. Close to 500 for an exam that didn't even include an xray. They were very professional and cared for or sweet girl throughout the process.

My puppy had a panic tonight she choked on something and got really sleepy quickly. Took her to the vet and they took her back right away. They held her for a little over an hour checking on her and gave her a physical exam. They told me she was good to go and didn’t charge me anything. They were angels for my fur baby. I would take my doggo back there again.

Biggest waste of time. 4 almost 5 hours spent when we were told it could be up to 3 hours to be seen just to think the dog is back seeing the DR the last hour and a half but no they have him kenneled in back and another two hours to see a DR. This place is ridiculous! They do not know how to communicate or run an office. How does possibly 3 hour wait turn in to 7 hours plus and they dont tell you anything??

THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND THEY TOLD ME MY LITTLE MAN HAD TO WAIT 6 HOURS BEFORE THEY WOULD SEE HIM. MY BABY WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN HE HAD KIDNEY STONE AND BLADDER STONES AND HE COULDNT WAIT 6 HOURS HE DIDNT LAST AN HOUR BUT THIS PLACE TOLD ME HE IS OK
BECAUSE HE TRY TO BITE THE STAFF. I DROVE AN HOUR TO SPRINGDALE WENT TO AMINAL EMERGENCY CLINIC. THEY WAS BUSY TO BUT THEY TOOK MY LITTLE IN. HE DIED THAT NIGHT. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SO CALL CLINIC THIS PLACE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I DONT THINK THEY DESERVE A 1 STAR. THEY ARE OVER PRICE AND THE STAFF IS SO RUDE AND DIDNT TAKE TIME TO SEE HIM. WE NEED ANOTHER AMINAL HOSPITAL HERE IN FORT SMITH. I AM STILL UPSET HOW THEY TRESTED HIM HE DIED ON JULY 15. IT HAS TAKEN ME MONTH ABOUT HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS PLACE. IF YOU DOG NEEDS HELP, TAKE AN EXTRA HOUR DRIVE HIM OR TO SPRINGDALE.

When I got up this morning, my cat Superman was very wobbly when walking and had his head tilted. The earliest I could get him an appointment with his regular vet was tomorrow. During the day, he worsened to the point that he was falling every time he got up. Fearing this was serious, I took him to Fort Smith Animal Emergency Clinic as soon as they opened. They took us right in, and the vet examined him while I was finishing up the paperwork. It turns out he has a bad ear infection, causing vertigo. Even though he has only had one dose of his medicine, he is already showing slight improvement. I would highly recommend Fort Smith Animal Emergency Clinic to anyone needing immediate care for their pet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Compassionate service combined with reasonable prices. We were in town less than 24 hours when we had to take our seven-year-old dog to the emergency vet. She had been panting all night and not acting like herself at all. This clinic and its staff were caring, competent, and cost-efficient. I deeply appreciate how they treated our dog and paid attention to her needs. Thank you!

Had to take my dog in for an allergy and ear infection problem. They were kind and helpful. I have a very reactive dog and they were still able to clean her ears out add medicine in without her moving a bunch. She had a way with our dog that made us feel comfortable being there. 100 recommended this place!!
