I tried to deposit my Arkansas state tax return into my son's account since both he and my daughter had have an account at this Bank I do not so they charged me $5 to cash the check and then deposit it into my son's account it was a whopping $45 but rather than charging it at 3% which would have been a dollar Thirty they said they had to charge the greater amount isn't that wonderful wonder what else they charge extra for as of next week will no longer be my kids will no longer be a client of theirs over that $5 fee

This place messed up my credit due to forgetting to close my account, even though I closed it. Executive Robert Husong told me that they made a honest mistake, but get lost. Definitely bank elsewhere!
