Waited more than 30 minutes on drive through. Monday morning and looks like short handed. Other locations are way way better.

The 24 hour phone line is just a line telling you they are closed, they never want to cash checks, processing takes a ridiculous amount of time, accounts constantly disconnecting from linked accounts, authorized payments get blocked, and system always crash conveniently while they are closed. Overall just a trash bank. Good luck getting any help on the weekend. Want to get stuck somewhere with no money while having plenty of money on your account? This is your place to be

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Have caused so many issues. Financially, mentally, emotionally have drained us because of their huge "mess ups" and then creating even more issues because they cannot take responsibility for their mistakes. 1.) You do not discuss my bank account(s) information in the front lobby with multiple other clients surrounding me. Especially when it's involving fraud. Completely humiliating. 2.) You do not give full access to the child (who has not reached the Trust required age to receive access to the account) that the custodial account is for just because that child has opened up their own personal checking account and you connected the names and some how made the custodial account the child's personal savings account. Then when addressed about this issue after noticing there is no money in the account, FNB of fort smith says unless we press full charges on the child there is nothing that can be done. They still aren't completely sure how this custodial account was put into the child's possession and nothing can be done about it. This was an account manager at FNB off of Phoenix ave. By the way custodial account age requirement in AR is set to majority is (18-21 years old ) depending on acct. 3.) When trying to close my account that I have had multiple fraud issues with they tell me you have be at a $0 balance before they can close it which is fine because according to my bank account I was definitely out of the negatives and when I told the account manager this her teller even says "she isn't in the negatives." And she said well that couldn't be right and orders the teller to pull my account back up and says oh okay you shouldn't have been refunded the two NSF Fees in December. This was February at the time I tried to close the account and I said but you and everyone else knew I have been trying to close this account and your acct. manager at another location said your system automatically refunds the fees if eligible and she proceeds to tell me the system made a mistake and I will fix that by issuing the fees back to the acct. unless you can pay it off now and I said "no! That's ridiculous. And isn't ethical at all and I need to speak to someone else" she tells me "I'm sorry mam I'm the highest status at this branch and there's nothing I can do. Have a nice day." Then she walks off. This was the branch off of zero st. They are joke. They are not an financial institution you want to be in charge of finances. Not only is their system but their tellers and account managers are not people you can trust to secure your finances. If I could rate in negatives I most definitely would.

By far this bank has the worst customer service in the area. Unfriendly staff who make no attempt to resolve your issues or assist with your needs. The trust department specifically needs a reorganization.

This is the worst bank I have ever had the opportunity to use, as a military member my job has me moving around alot. This bank would constantly shut my card off for regular purchases from normal stores that I'd use my be 4 times a week. Calling my state a high fraud area, justifies complete ignorance with the normal purchases ON TOP OF THIS getting my card shut off at random. And having no way of turning it back on without calling the bank. Has left me stranded at 2 am with no gas, unable to purchase food or pay bills over the weekend. And miss out on a flight that was half what I ended up paying. .. this bank also doesn't work with online purchases withave around 80% of the sites I use.
