I like to come to this bank because of its location. Recently I came to the banks drive thru to get change for a yard sale. There was a new gentleman I hadn't seen before. He tried to stiff me $45. Although problem finally got corrected I felt that this man coming put of the side door at bank was not great business practice. To me would be a security threat. Or breach or whatever. This man needs much more training that is for sure. The women that work at this branch are always on top of things. And pleasant.

Oldest doesn't mean best. This is the worst bank in town. And even writing something down for them, they can still manage to mess it up. Repeatedly...

Went into this bank today and must say it was like a funeral. Don't think any of the people working were very happy to be there. I did get good service just a very poor attitude. But I did get good service. And I gave a two because they were working.

Just curious why the drive thru at this location is so slow. It literally takes 30 to 40 minutes to get service through the drive thru. Hire some more tellers or do some training. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!

Im not sure whats going on at this location(Phoenix)but for the last 3 months it takes 40 or more mins of waiting time to get thru the drive thru. Im not sure why it takes so long. Other locations take 3 to 5 mins. Hope the waiting time here changes. It sucks that i have to go to a different location when im only 2 blocks away from this location

Well we all know that banks make money of our money being in the bank. However, today I learned something new. First National Bank will drain your account if it's dormant by charging you a fee every month. That is right if you just give them money and leave it there then they will charge you. Needless to say I will never do business at First National again. Then when I ask for the fees back, since it is basically stealing money, the teller did not even ask a Supervisor she just said no. Yes she was polite but lazy. Sad day in America where you no longer can store money without it being taken from you. Thanks First National in Fort Smith, thank you.
