They delivered my order which was heavy on time and only one small hole in the box but we figured out it was on purpose because the box didn't have handles but really needed at least one to be able to move it without dropping it so not made at all it actually helped us get it in the house.

Great place to work for, pretty much on your own on the road all day. Terminal itself runs pretty tight ship, and I've been out of town with contingency, so I've seen other terminals. If you're coming here to pick up a package, don't get here before 8am, or you can't get in and it might not be ready.

When tracking a shipment the website said out for delivery to the address I had it shipped to. It actually was out for delivery to FedEx ground in fort smith. My mom Stayed home all day to sign for delivery that was on its way to fort smith not to her address . Got to her address the next business day. So before you stay home for a package check all the tracking info. Don’t rely on their text messages!

Driver delivered a package that looked like it was dragged behind the vehicle all day. I asked multiple times if it was noted as damaged and told multiple times if it was noted as such. When I attempted to file a claim they said it was delivered in good condition. Fedex does not stand behind their service and drivers will lie to your face.

Need to update pick up time online. Now it’s only 10-2 which is ridiculous! If I was able to pickup that time I would’ve been able to sign at time of delivery. Ridiculous.

I adore the majority of the people who work here. Extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Not only do I appreciate FXG as a customer, but also as a long term (subcontracted) employee. Thanks to everyone at FedEx Ground! I have learned so much the past 10 yrs.

Terrible terrible terrible don't want to listen to signs on your gate as to how to deliver your packages and then your packages aren't there and you get stuck paying for it with denied claims no more fed ex deliveries ever.

Missed the delivery of a high value and time sensitive package. This facility went above and beyond to make arrangements for me to pick up after normal hours of operation with no hassle at all.

As you can see my address is plain to see. I did this because they have trouble finding my address. Well I guess they just don't look around. This past week I had several expensive packages delivered. All were left outside a neighbor's gate not at my address.
