Family Combat Fitness & MMA has given us a home away from home. I have never felt more appreciated and cared for than I do here. My children are celebrated not tolerated. I love that we all celebrated holidays together. Our first experience with secret santa was here. I really cannot express my love and gratitude enough. All I do know is my husband and I made the right decision when we choose this gym!!

it's a great place to workout and the people are nice. if you want to learn how to be the best mma or kickboxer. Then this is the place for you.

My son and I took our first class tonight and we loved it! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Brian made sure my son was keeping up and knew what he was suppose to be doing. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

i have never attended this establishment before and dont plan on i did however attempt calling them to inform them of someone using what they learn from there establishment to start fights rather than defend themselves and or stop a fight from happening and all i got in return was attitude and an invitation to come learn to fight to even the playing field instead got to say very poor behavior by someone who is involved in teaching a art that can cause serious injury or death.

great people and the friendliest environment possible. From cardio kickboxing to muay thai and jiu jitsu, they have something for everyone in the house. Family is their goal, its right there in the name, and they are very proud of it. self defense, fight training, family fitness and togetherness... isn't that what life is all about?
