Jesse the Assistant Branch Manager @ Fort Smith Regional Airport, definitely needs to be the Manager. He is awesome and his customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend renting a car from Jesse at Enterprise. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are taken care of❤

if I could give the young lady who worked at the airport Enterprise Christmas Eve, 10+ stars I most certainly would. My son-in-law has been renting cars there for the last few years using only his debit card. Evidently Enterprise has changed their policies recently, and he was not able to rent a car Christmas Eve to go pick up my granddaughter from Minnesota. He called me at five minutes till three, (Keep in mind they closed at 3) and did not know what he was going to do. I spoke to the young lady on the phone & told her I could be there in 10 to 15 minutes to put it on my credit card, she agreed to stay after her shift on Christmas Eve to make sure he was able to get a car in order to go pick up our granddaughter. Who does that? Nobody else would do that on a regular day, much less Christmas Eve. By the time I got there and we got all the paperwork completed it was 3:45. I am sure she had another 15 minutes of work to do to close out her shift so she took a minimum of an hour out of her Christmas to help us. I only wish I had gotten her name. She deserves recognition for being an outstanding employee and all-around great person. I know she said she had not been there very long, but if Enterprise knows what they're doing, they will definitely keep her around.

Great staff. Awesome manager. Love their Fort Smith location on Zero st. I am in their vehicles at least two weeks a month for work and am always happy at how clean their cars are. Can't recommend them enough.

Not helpful at all.Jessie could not help me and had no alternative options.I had to wait till they were done with their lunch break.Helpful hint Jessie. Stagger lunches to keep the place open and properly care for your customers! Cross train employees!

Poor service. No customer service. Had no cars available even though reserved one online. Refered us to Hertz. Lady there was rude didn't even offer to make it right.

Worse Enterprise location I've been to. It was very disorganized. Before landing, I got an email saying my car is waiting for me, but when I got to the counter, there was no car. There was one lady at the counter and many customers waiting. She had to go to the parking lot to get keys for the available cars. She was the only one running between the counter and the lot. I felt sorry for her. I waited for over forty minutes to get a car. After traveling for seven hours, all I wanted was to get my car and get to the hotel. I hope management is paying attention to the one and two star reviews left for this location.

Super friendly and helpful representative named Antoinette took great care of getting me in a rental van for a film gig. Even took me to look at other options when my van wasn't ready yet, but it ended up being ready promptly, so I went with it. A super nice 2022 Chrysler Pacifica drove like a dream. Thanks Antoinette @ the Ft Smith Regional Airport! Give that girl a raise!
