BIGGEST HASSLEThey may have a lot of stuff but their return policy is garbage. Bought a hoodie for my daughter, too big went to get cash back so she could get what she wanted…. Tags intact, receipt in hand… purchased 2 weeks ago…. Maam you can insert a card and your refund will be processed in 3-5 days doesnt have to be the card you paid with any card will work. Uhhhh NO…. I will take cash back. “We don’t do cash back” So I had to accept their refund on my card, and go get my daughter cash so she can get what she wants as I am not making her wait on them to spend her Christmas money. Not her fault they didnt get any women’s carhartt hoodies in the store so stepmom got her a mens because it was the color she asked for.So unless you are 100% sure that what you are buying is what you need, save yourself the hassle.

Went in for a 30oz white Stanley and couldn’t find it. I asked the person up front (my receipt says her name is Alexus) and she said she’d search in the back. My girl came in CLUTCH and returned after a HUNT from the back with a box of NEW, FRESH STANLEY CUPS. AMEN SISTER!!

Mark in the golf department was very helpful with my questions and concerns regarding the irons i recently had work done on them. He was very knowledgeable in the game of golf. highly recommend him for golf needs.

I need to get one of my golf clubs re-gripped and the golf worker there was really helpful. He re-gripped my golf club very quickly in about 5 minutes. I think the nice young man was named Kaiden.

Terrible line check out time. Just needed one small item and had to wait 20 mins in line. The cashiers were slow and had plenty of employees walking around making sure I didn't steal anything.

As you walk around the employees will look at you and run off. Pricing is pretty high too. Dont normally say this but you can find the same stuff pretty much anywhere for a lot less. Plus, they do not seem to want outdoor people to go here so I think Ill just keep on looking elsewhere.

Well they removed guns and ammo. Guess their getting out of that buisiness. Now not really a reason to go their anymore unless you need a basket ball or clothing which is overpriced

I drive with Roadie and when I experience a few issues with the app and names and order numbers they were patient and very good to wait so that we can make sure we got the order to the customer thank you to all the employees you guys were great
