Karlea was absolutely amazing to work with. I went in the store, immediately felt welcome, and the staff was willing to help. I was purchasing gifts for a civic organization, which means, I needed a nice gift inside a budget. Karlea and I worked together looking at ideas, and in 10 minutes, I had beautiful bracelets with engraving on order. They came in timely, and they placed them in very nice boxes for presentation purposes. The ladies receiving the braclets were in tears over how beautiful they were. Can't tell the Diamond Center Thank you enough. I dreaded this task, bit the Diamond Center took.all the stress of it away. Our civic organization will continue to use the Diamond Center for our jewelry and award needs. Thank you Karlea and The Diamnd Center for everything. You have a customer for life..

Their jeweler is worthless. Do NOT let them work on your jewelry. I wouldn't recommend using them at all. Our $250 job that was quoted and paid half up front took 6 weeks to get back and they stripped the white off the gold and left it that way. Then they hit us with and $350 dollars after paying up front.

My fiancé and I stopped by the Diamond Center a few weeks ago to get my engagement ring resized. We worked with Shasta and she was wonderful throughout the process. We ended up staying to look at wedding bands which I was initially nervous about, but we felt so comfortable and cared for in the store that we actually had a great time picking out our bands! I found the ring of my dreams because Shasta listened to every question I had and helped me navigate the different ring styles. I just picked up my resized engagement ring and the wedding bands and am SO happy with both of them, they look amazing! The Diamond Center will be our go-to place for all future jewelry needs.

I have searched around the area and this is the only place I can fully put my trust into, the jewelry I have bought from here always catches people's eyes. Their team is so lovely, you don't feel pressured into making a buy, because it's not just buying something with them; they make sure it's a perfect home. Every piece fits my personality so well. I always have a lovely time just coming in to get my jewelry cleaned. Ive had pieces ive owned for years that they've helped be brought back to life again. The best experience we’ve had talking diamonds and settings. Made my existing rings look brand new and updated my ring with a larger Asscher cut diamond. Less than a week and ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU DIAMOND CENTER!!

Gabby helped me pick out a nice necklace for my daughter. She cleaned my wife’s rings, earrings and necklace while we looked around and she was not pushy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend
