They were very accommodating and willing to negotiate. There was some issues with a change in the apr and they were willing to lower the price of the car to make up for it. They also delivered the car to Tulsa for no extra charge, which was very helpful with my busy schedule. Overall very good experience!

Mike helped us through the buying process. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and not pushy. Would recommend him to anyone buying a new car. He even showed us through the details of the vehicle after the purchase.

I love my Kia but only after I went through hell and back. Avoid these people at all costs. They are shamelessly dishonest. The salesperson posted a picture of me with the car to her business page saying she was able to get me into a nice new vehicle for “zero down!” even though I put thousands of dollars down.The service department is a damn dumpster fire. Took my car in less than a week after having it with a wet floorboard and told me it was because I left my window rolled down when it rained (I didn’t). After a simple google search I came up with what I thought the problem might be, took the car back in and was totally dismissed and talked over. This was just the beginning of my misfortune. They kept my car for over 4 months trying to find where the leak was, only after they called in help from a different shop were they able to find the issue. And it was exactly what I told them I thought it was 4 months prior. During these 4 months I was lied to over and over, in particular by the service dept manager, Frank. Simple tasks were stretched out for weeks at a time, and did I mention they lie? Like a lot. Like so much that you start the process of suing them.Spend an arm and a leg at a different mechanic, void your vehicle’s warranty if you have to, just do whatever it takes to avoid turning your vehicle in to these people, because in the end it will have been worth it. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else at all.

Do not buy a car from here! Bought a vehicle from here for my wife at the end of June and by the beginning of August the transmission went out. Thankfully it was covered under warranty, but it has been almost 3 months and we still haven't gotten our vehicle back! Was told today that the service manager finally got involved and the car should be ready within two weeks (which is what they keep saying "2 weeks"). Why did it take 3 months for the service manager to finally get involved? And when I talked to him today he was extremely rude and inconsiderate. No one at Kia has been any or willing to help, they all just say, "it's out of our hands." It's unfortunate for them because I will be in the market for another vehicle soon myself and would have been a repeat customer! This business has been the worst I've ever dealt with. Save yourself a nightmare and shop with someone other than Kia

I like the people who work here mainly. They were very kind when I was dealing with buying my first car (of course my dad helped me in that situation). It’s important that whatever you buy or wherever place you buy product from or whatever services you are ordering from that place, that the people are as kind there as they are good at what they do.No one wants to deal with arrogance and rudeness when they are paying so much money or trading in so much of their hard-work into affording these types of services or products.And I think the majority of the people I’ve met at this place seem to respect that.That in itself means a lot to me.The ones who meet you to service your vehicle are super kind.The woman who sold me a car was also awesome!I was so happy buying my Kia Rio 2023 here; thank you!!!!!!

The facility is nice and clean. Sales man, MJ, is very respectful and listened to what we were looking for. We were there about an hour to an hour and a half. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Looking for great customer service I definitely recommend Crain Kia of Fort Smith.

We had a great experience at Crain Kia. Katlin was responsive from the beginning and made us feel very comfortable. They got me into what I wanted and it was a no hassle process from beginning to end. If you want a car buying experience that won’t leave you wanting a Xan and a bottle of wine afterwards, give them a shot.

We have been particularly happy with our purchase from Crain Kia. Our salesman, Jack, and the finance team treated us well and we now have a beautiful Sportage. We’re very happy with Kia’s line of SUV models and could see continuing a relationship with this dealer!

Took my vehicle here with a check engine light 33k miles. What a joke. The service manager is confrontational and does not provide any customer service at all. They cleared my code and then tried to sell me a fuel service. I am a service advisor myself so I deal with customers on the daily and this has been the worst experience ever. This is my 3rd brand new Kia and I'll never buy another one again. Not only has Crain kia been terribly dishonest I now have to have my vehicle towed to another dealer to fix the issue they did not and I'm out $180 on a diag fee they should have never charged me because they did not diag the vehicle at all. Run away from this place and that's coming from someone in the automotive service industry.

Phenomenal buying experience!! The sales lady, Krystal Belcher, was super nice, never pushy & made multiple searches for me to find what I was wanting, from features to price range. She waited on me to get there late after I got off work & never once tried to rush me. The paperwork process was very smooth & quick as well!

WOW!! What a great experience at Crain Kia Fort Smith!! I have never left a review when buying a car before but because of such amazing service I feel I have to! Jack welcomed me and did and amazing job getting me top dollar for my trade-in and the lowest price on the car I purchased! Jack was so nice he even bought my kiddos snacks and us drinks from the snack machines in the lobby! Ricky was amazing as well as he did a phenomenal job at giving me clarification on the exact price I was purchasing my new car for and has worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of and made the process quick and easy! The car I bought was brand new and had not even had the inspection done after coming off the truck and I want to give a shout out to the person who stayed late (unsure of his/her name) to ensure my inspection was done so I could drive the car home and leave the lot with it that day even though it was late and almost closing time! Jack has been great in communication with me after my purchase and overall I am extremely satisfied with Jack, Ricky and the person who completed the inspection! Thank you Crain Kia Fort Smith for working so hard to ensure your customers are fully satisfied and have a great car buying experience!!!
