Recently I brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson in for an oil change & tire rotation. As always I was greeted by SAVANNAH'S SMILING FACE & PLEASANT DEMEANOR. Your Service techs are pleasant & knowledgeable as well but she sets the tone for the visit since she is the first person to greet your customer upon entering the Service Dept. Definitely a 10 out of 10☆

Took my vehicle here with a check engine light 33k miles. What a joke. The service manager is confrontational and does not provide any customer service at all. They cleared my code and then tried to sell me a fuel service. I am a service advisor myself so I deal with customers on the daily and this has been the worst experience ever. This is my 3rd brand new Kia and I'll never buy another one again. Not only has Crain kia been terribly dishonest I now have to have my vehicle towed to another dealer to fix the issue they did not and I'm out $180 on a diag fee they should have never charged me because they did not diag the vehicle at all. Run away from this place and that's coming from someone in the automotive service industry.

Details from my husband, TJ Thompson:For over a year, we have had a particular issue with our 211 Kia Sorento. We've taken it to mechanics here in Mena a couple of times and have spent hundreds of dollars each time. However, the problem was still there! Last week, we decided to take it to Crain Kia and called advising the issue we were experiencing. I spoke to Dylan who took information and arranged an appointment for this past Monday. We took two vehicles to Ft. Smith anticipating the vehicle would be in the shop several days. Dylan had all the information and advised their service department would check out the Kia and advise problem and cost before work began. Shortly afterwards, Dylan called advising problem and cost. He noted that the work should be done by late that afternoon.Unfortunately, after the work began there was a needed part that was unavailable until the following day. As we would have to make another trip, they advised they would give a discount from the total which more than covered a return trip. We called the next day to make sure our vehicle was ready. Upon arrival, Frank Vela, Service Manager, was at the desk. He had followed through with the service and advised all was well. Frank went outside with us for me to check out the vehicle before departing. Problem gone!! It was so gratifying to have the problem resolved and in such a timely manner. I extend my appreciation and gratitude to the service people at Crain Kia for the great job they did...all the way from check-in to service to pickup. Thank you, Dylan, Frank and those who did the repair. This is our second experience with Crain Kia service and we have been impressed and very satisfied both times.

I was willing to travel 3 hours to fort smith because fort smith had the car I was exactly looking for. I got with a sales person and talked all day and got down to price, payment etc that we agreed on. I let them run my application because we agreed on a price before hand. I literally said deal and was about to put a deposit down for them to hold it for me, snd she messages back that she can no longer do the deal because the price has to be higher.... Not happy at all.
