Never seem to listen which is just frustrating, appointment set please install new wiper blades and normal service. Take the car in when we give the keys ask again to replace the wipers. Doesn’t get done… ask at check out if they replaced the wipers. Didn’t do it. Best way to get something done here is asking 100,000 times and hope for the best.
The last time I went in was the straw that broke the camels back. The service manager needs to realize he works in customer service. We sold the hunk of junk Tucson mostly because of how I was treated at Crain Hyundai. You lost a customer and we never buy anything from Hyundai ever again.

I purchased my brand new ?? 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy on Tuesday August 20, and I am in love ?. From my first email interaction with my sales lady Susan Brown, to driving off the lot in my new ride, I could not have had a more pleasant experience! Susan is truly the definition of what excellent customer service is and knows how to treat her customers from start to finish, going above and beyond. Not only that, but she is extremely knowledge. She deserves all the points in the world! Also, Daniel Dietz, the Finance Manager who helped me with all the paperwork was amazing as well! He made signing a breeze and was even able to get my payment lower than the ballpark I requested! It was a pleasure working with both of them, they made my car buying so exciting. Please give them both thousands of stars and points, but for sure 1000 at the very least! ?Y’all should check them out if you’re looking for a nice vehicle!

Setting up an appointment was easy and convenient. Susan and Juan were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns regarding my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a good experience in purchasing a Hyundai vehicle.

Crain Hyundai did a great job on our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. We had a appointment to get it serviced and it took them 1 hour to service our van.

I’ve been using their service center for decades. They really try to do the best they can for you. They keep you informed. It happens rarely, but if something does go wrong, they will make it right. Savanah Brown was my advisor on this visit. She’s a keeper for sure! I have no complaints…

I would not say I recommend this place. The communication was very poor, I was told the 4 recalls and a brake light issue would take a day to complete, nobody called me to tell me they would have to keep my car for multiple days. I tried to call them to get an update on day 1 only to find they were already closed. The next day- no call. After calling up there multiple times I finally got ahold of someone, and they told me they had to order parts for my vehicle and it would take a few days to come in. Which is fine, I just wish someone would notify me so I can figure out how I am going to get to work. Finally after 4 days, my car was ready, so I go to pick it up and the brake lights still were not fixed correctly. I went back inside to speak to a manager, who very kindly and promptly fixed the issue. But overall- unpleasant experience. I would just like better communication.
