My shop at Casey's all the time. I stopped at Casey's here in fort Smith on highway 71. I'm on oxygen not supposed to pump my own gas handicapped this is the first time I've ever been told no at a Casey's very disappointed in them I will not stop here again

clean with lots of gas options including diesel. Windshield fluid and paper towels were stocked as well as receipts at pump worked!

This is the only Casey's that I will never return to due to rude treatment twice. Assistant manager proceeded to tell me how great his customer service skills were while I was complaining about him. Then a second assistant manager interrupted me told me he already knew all about the situation and sorry you got your feelings hurt. This is the reason why I will never go back there

Some of the pumps were shut down. I'm guessing they were waiting on fuel to be delivered?! Anyway, the store was clean and there were friendly faces working, plus there was receipt tape at the pumps!!! Yeah! That issue has gotten a heck of alot better, Thanks!! ?

I love Casey's but will never stop at this location again. Elder lady was very rude when I told her I couldn't even insert my card at pump. Said having bad card reading but that wasn't the issue. I couldn't even put my card in at all. I tried explaining but the lady stayed rude. I asked if they could at least put signs up about the inconvenience and she told me I can go do it myself if I'm so worried about it. Very unprofessional to customers. Being a manager at another store, I'd never treat ANY customer with attitude and pure rudeness!!

Jan 21:Pumps are always messed up.Jan 29: pumps 4 and 2 aren't working. And there's another pump beeping constantly. And another someone else is using running really slow.Feb 6: I was about to add a star due to pumps working this time but then I noticed the pump I was using is incredibly slow. So still 1 star.I want this gas station to work since this one is the nearest station. One day hopefully.
