“They were very nice. The quote was a little too much for what I was looking for. I have a 93 grand cherokee that I have owned 20+ years. No dents, interior excellent, doesn't burn oil. I have always taken care of it. Paint started to peel off quite a few years ago and has some rust on the roof. I just want to protect it from any more damage since I will be keeping it. I'm sure their price was fair, but a little more than I can afford.”

Important to us was having an OEM window - which was expertly installed and calibrated by their service technicians.

“I had some damage on my car from when someone hit me. I was told about Bates Paint & Body from a family friend. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they had it finished the following Thursday. The owner was super nice, and answered every question I had about my car. Everyone in the shop was friendly and they even washed my car before I picked it up. Fast and friendly service.
