I struggled with lots of shady dealerships until I found Bill White VW. Since I knew what I wanted, they negotiated most of the deal over text message, then sent the agreement in writing over email. When I picked up the car it was fast, simple, and everything went as agreed to. Fair price and honest people who did everything they said they would. They have also followed up with me several times after the purchase to make sure everything is going well. My sales guy Shawn was awesome! This is what car buying should be.

The Parts Customer service representative is rude! Called for a part, he told me that he has it but he had to hold on to it just in case something goes wrong. Before I could say anything, he hung up the phone in my face.

they quoted me 3 hours of labor ($430) for a part that took me 20 minutes to change. (a purge valve replacement) Labor prices are a complete scam, won’t bring my car here again.

Got there early due to living out of town and was allowing extra time for any road construction. They were able to get me in quickly and also took care of issue with my tire being a little out of alignment. With the price of tires, I really appreciate this. Also, they were able to help me understand more on how to work the computer in my car. I'm not computer savvy and they were so nice to take the extra time to help me understand it better. You have great office and service workers.

The only thing I have an issue with. Is that my credit was shotguned thru multiple banks. Instead of just trying VW first, that's who it's thru. That surge of credit search, lowered my score by 47 points. I've been working hard to raise it, that is a definite set back! Other than that awesome staff and good experience.
