Big Lots is one of the best places to purchases couches. They are affordable and comfortable! The prices for home decor and other items seem like they have went up considerably in the last few years.. The store is clean and they do have some very fun and unique items. The kitchen section is wonderful!

Their collection of merchandise has diminished considerable. I understand the pricing increase because of the economy, but you used to be able to go and find items that you wouldn't see anywhere else. Disappointed

Honestly, came in found furniture I liked. Sat in the furniture for at least 10 minutes. Not a single soul spoke to me. Asked if I could get some help no one came. Literally had staff sitting on the floor playing with fixtures, to say they were recovering would be a bold faced lie as they were literally just chilling on the floor collecting a paycheck and another at the counter with her fidget spinner. I work retail management and manage my own store and would never in a MILLION years let this be the customer service folks received in my store. Needless to say, big lots do better. Customers keep ya lights on and I’ll take money else where from now on and forever.

I like Big Lots but they were out of what I was looking for .. big tub of deluxe mixed nuts. They normally have it so I'm sure it just needs to be restocked.
