My husband and I had been all over trying to find the right flooring, we had gone to Better Home Supply and Michelle showed us flooring from our requirements and we picked Protech Broadmoor Kiowa! When the installer Gary, was installing the flooring, he told us he was impressed with how easy it was and he loved it. When I saw the flooring I was so very pleased with it, I couldn’t wait to tell Michelle how much we loved it! We also had bought enough for the Living and Dining Rooms, which will be putting in after the first of the year and I can’t wait to see it down in those rooms.

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. First day oops we have the wrong flooring and pull it all back up then second day it’s installed but they have pulled base boards away from my walls and have left piles of old trim in my master bath tub and on my fireplace.9 days later the trim comes in and it’s the most shoddy work I’ve ever seen! Cigarette butts and pieces of trim in my yard, long pieces not nailed down and some hadn’t had the ends angled! So I spent the weekend fixing their mistakes and their response was “we’ve never had complaints before” even after we went them several pictures. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company.

Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor.
