We bought a mattress that I loved however my husband hated. The snoring he did was way to much and I could not sleep. He snored louder with this mattress. I came by and informed the manager that I was losing my mind without sleep. He happly exchanged the mattress with a different brand and now we're both sleeping well.

8 yrs ago we purchased a Q - tempurpedic (10 yr warranty) from Bedding Mart. Jeff was our salesman at the time. In the last year my husband started having more back issues. We felt like it was the mattress. So we went back to Bedding Mart to look for a new one. Jeff was still there! We talked w/ him, told him we didn't think Tempurpedic would stand behind the warranty! He said, it didn't hurt to try, the worst they could say was No. He told us if they didn't, he'd be glad to help us in the future.We are so pleased to say, they stood behind their warranty! It took some work, but it was worth it!WHO WOULDN'T want a salesperson like Jeff, when they're willing to lose a sale to help you w/a warranty and point you in the right direction!We're so pleased with the service we received from Jeff and Bedding Mart, not to mention the best prices.We went back today to Thank Jeff in person for all his help and to buy a new mattress protector! We will be going back for new pillows soon!We will ALWAYS go back to Bedding Mart, for the Honest, Trustworthy and Excellent Service!Linda and Calvin S.

Salesperson is awesome. He doesn’t try and sell you the most expensive bed just to make more. He actually listens and tried to find best fit for you. This is the 3rd mattress I have purchased from them and will go back for as long as I need and recommend them to everyone

I called bedding mart first thing on a Monday morning looking for an adjustable bed. The person I spoke with was very informative and helped me decide an option that worked best for my needs. My father had just had spinal surgery a few days before and had his first night home the day before. He had extreme trouble sleeping due to his flat bed. I purchased the adjustable bed however we would be 3rd on the list for delivery which meant it may not have made it until the next day. Without even asking, the person that helped me (I believe the manager) advised he would call his other deliveries and explain the situation to see if they would be ok if he moved us up. Thankfully, they were able to work something out and my dad received his bed later that day. I really appreciate their customer service and quick turnaround to help my dad have some comfort.

So glad we stopped by this place after leaving one of the larger furniture stores that was going to charge us double for the same Mattress we purchased at Bedding Mart!!! Extremely friendly and helpful service!! Comfy mattress for a great price!!
